Merchandise Return Policy
Should your merchandise arrive damaged or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately with a request for a replacement or a refund. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original, unused, unworn condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and returned to the original payment method we have on file. If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, we will cover your shipping cost by providing a return label. Replacements and refunds requested after 30 days may be subject to additional scrutiny and will be allowed on a case by case basis. Therefore, please keep the original packaging and your receipt to ensure that you will be satisfied with the return process. If either is missing from the request, we may offer a merchandise credit in lieu of a refund.
Events & Tickets Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on event tickets. However, we do allow transfer of ticket ownership, barring a few exceptions. First, all ticket transfers must be approved ahead of time by TWF. Simply shoot us an email at least 24 hours before the events start time & before the address is released, with “Ticket Transfer” in the subject line. Any transfers received after the address has been released, may be subject to additional questions. Secondly, all attendees must be a member of TWF to enter our Members Only events. This is to ensure that all attendees are over 21 years of age or over 18 with a valid MMJ certification card, and must arrive at the gate with a valid government ID.
