What are the payment options?
We utilize Wix Payments Integration to accept credit & debit cards. If you prefer, we also offer payments through CashApp and PayPal; however, you must contact us with your order so we can enter it manually for you. We will not process any orders manually without payment confirmation.
Do you sell gift cards?
Not yet! Since this is only the beginning of our online journey, gift certificates aren’t part of our story right now. But we are open to providing them as a service in the future if our customers are interested, so please submit a request through this link and let us know you’d like to see an option to purchase gift cards!
What is your merchandise return policy?
Should your merchandise arrive damaged or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately with a request for a replacement or a refund. Merchandise must be returned to us in its original, unused, unworn condition. Refunds will be processed within 30 days and returned to the original payment method we have on file. If you received your merchandise in damaged condition, we will cover your shipping cost by providing a return label. Replacements and refunds requested after 30 days may be subject to additional scrutiny and will be allowed on a case by case basis. Therefore, please keep the original packaging and your receipt to ensure that you will be satisfied with the return process. If either is missing from the request, we may offer a merchandise credit in lieu of a refund.
What is your refund policy in regards to event tickets?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on event tickets. However, we do allow transfer of ticket ownership, barring a few exceptions. First, all ticket transfers must be approved ahead of time by TWF. Simply shoot us an email at least 24 hours before the events start time & before the address is released. Any transfers received after the address has been released, may be subject to additional questions or refused. Secondly, all attendees must be a member of TWF to enter our Members Only events. No ID= No Entry ⛔️ NO EXCEPTIONS!
What the heck is a Dusting?

Where can I find a Weed Faerie?
Once believed to be a mythical creature, we like to make our presence known when people need it the most. Our Facebook group, The Weed Faerie (aka TWF) was located in Massachusetts, mainly in Worcester County, but we loved to travel all over the state bringing Dustings & good vibes wherever its needed. Join our Members Only section and become a part of a special group of humans.
Is there an age requirement to join TWF?
YES! All Members must be Over 21, unless they have a valid MA MMJ card, and will be required to provide valid government proof of age to enter our events. We aim to provide a safe space for our Faeries to consume without judgement. Unfortunately, the combination of marijuana and parenting could be perceived as "reckless behavior" by mainstream society. As we push forward to End the Stigma and normalize cannabis use, we look ahead to living in a community respectful of our choices. Legalize Freedom!
Do you sell cannabis?
NOOOO! To be explicitly clear, The Weed Faerie is strictly a Gifting group. We absolutely do NOT allow solicitation of cannabis, THC or CBD. TWF is not about finding a plug. We are about helping people make it thru the day and get happy. Money is never exchanged- it is Not Transactional. We are generous, caring humans who are willing to give as well as receive. We take care of our Faerie Family in times of need and celebrate together in times of success. In other words, don't be greedy. If you struggle with doing things for others, this may not be the right group for you.
